God's Message to a Fallen World
God’s message to all mankind, this message that the theory of evolution so strongly opposes, is that judgment is coming upon the whole Earth. Like a Shepherd who desperately tries to save and heal his diseased and suffering flock before it has to be destroyed, so God too is calling us to healing, healing from the sickness of sin. We do not have to look very far to see the consequences of such an illness. Greed, rape, murder, sexual immorality, war, and hatred to mention just a few and the tears, horror and broken lives that they leave behind. God in His righteousness will not let this continue but has set a day when sin and those who hold onto it must be destroyed and their sinful eternal spirits quarantined that they infect no longer God's creation.
As the Shepherd suffers hearing his flock in pain whilst he is trying to heal as many as possible, so God suffers too .
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance
The scriptures tell us that Jesus will return and collect His people, then judgement will come upon the whole Earth.
9 - Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.
10 - And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel,
11 - who also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven."
7 - Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
8 - I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End," says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
24 - But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light;
25 - the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in heaven will be shaken.
26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven.
12 - I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.
13 - And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
14 - Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.
15 - And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains,
16 - and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!
17 - For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"
Jesus came into this sick World two thousand years ago to warn the World of the judgment the Father has commanded upon this Earth, a command that will certainly take place. For we all, you and me, have trampled our God-given conscience and gone after our own ungodly desires resulting the mess we see around us.
As Christians, we know by understanding the Scriptures that we are in those last days. The old Roman Empire is in a new way re-forming as the EU, Israel is back in it's own land after 1900 years and the local nations and even the World are turning against her, wickedness is increasing openly as in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah, people are perplexed by the weather... all just a few biblical examples mentioned as signs of the very last days.
But God has not left us helpless, for He sent His only begotten Son
(not
created) to live the sinless life we should have lived, so that the
punishment/law of 'sin and death' would have no power over Him. Yet He
was
careful
to be tried and condemned as a sinner, paying the price for sin, though
having committed
none.
And death having no legal right or power to hold Him, on the third day
He rose to
eternal life
leaving behind an unclaimed, but fully paid
price for sin that we may enter into.
And because of one man's sin, Adam's, death came upon all Adam's descendants - mankind, and all creation that was given unto him. Then so by the same rule, by one man’s payment for sin can all mankind enter into eternal life, by claiming His unclaimed payment. For if Jesus had sinned but once in His life, in His death he would only have paid the price for His own sin, but praise be to God His sinless life required no such a payment and by His death we can have the forgiveness of sins and enter in to eternal life.
28 - After this, Jesus, knowing that all things had already been accomplished, to fulfil the Scripture, said, "I am thirsty."
29 - A jar full of sour wine was standing there; so they put a sponge full of the sour wine upon a branch of hyssop and brought it up to His mouth.
30 - Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.
Strongs NT:5055 “It is finished!”
teleo (tel-eh'-o); from NT:5056;
to end, ie. complete, execute,
conclude, discharge (a debt)
KJV - accomplish, make an end,
expire, fill up, finish, go over, pay,
perform.

For by the father of mankind (Adam) who passed down to us the nature of sin and therefore the punishment of sin upon his whole family, me and you, so only a member of that same family can redeem us (A Man), - an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth - (not an animal, nor an angel but a man - it had to be a descendant of Adam) A man who could overcome the sinful nature, but God looked for such a one but none could be found, for ALL had sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Mankind was doomed. However...
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.

But how can we enter in to this great salvation if we do not believe on Him and how can we receive from Him who we do not know? So we must know Him and enter in by faith ALONE.
15 - And what a difference between man's sin and God's forgiveness!
For this one man, Adam, brought death to many through his sin. But this one man, Jesus Christ, brought forgiveness to many through God's mercy.
16 - Adam's one sin brought the penalty of death to many, while Christ freely takes away many sins and gives glorious life instead.

18 - Yes, Adam's sin brought punishment to all, but Christ's righteousness makes men right with God, so that they can live.
19 - Adam caused many to be sinners because he disobeyed God, and Christ caused many to be made acceptable to God because he obeyed.
